The one-time service activation fee of ₹1,200 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This fee provides access to digital recharge services, referral benefits, dashboard tools, and support resources.
The fee is not an investment or deposit, and no earnings or returns are guaranteed.
Once services are activated, the subscription cannot be canceled.
Users may choose to stop using the platform at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused access or discontinuation.
Digital recharge services and related transactions are processed instantly; therefore, cancellation or reversal requests cannot be entertained once initiated.
Users are responsible for confirming all details before proceeding with any transaction.
Refunds will be issued only if a payment is deducted but not successfully processed due to a system or technical error
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
Refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment provider and banking channels.
